2. Quotation & Pricing:
   1. Quotation are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. ii. Prices may change due to material cost fluctuations.

iii. Final pricing will be confirmed before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms:
   1. A minimum 50% deposit is required before production begins. Full payment must be completed before installation on site. iii. Late payments may result in delays.

REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy: Due to the nature of custome-made autogates, all payments are subject to the following:

1. Deposits: Deposits are strictly non-refundable once production has started. If cancellation occurs before production, refund may be considered on case-by-case basis.
2. Completed Orders: No refunds will be given after production is completes and installation has been carried out.
3. Defective Products: If there is a manufacturing defect, we will repair and replace the defective part. Refund are no applicable unless repair/replacement is not possible.
4. Service Fees: Installation, delivery, and service fees are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Sharing Of Information: We do NOT sell your data. We may share information with installation teams, payment providers and service partners (only when ne
